A female’s worth has been heavily valued on her beauty  - her attractive sexual use, the Maiden Energy, the Persephone in Greek Mythology that was abused by Hades and taken underground. A woman’s value has also been imprinted in her ability to procreate children, the Mother Energy. Yet this is not the where it ends for us women, there is another layer of the feminine, the Crone, which has been depicted as evil, the witch in many a fairy tale.

However she is the depth of the feminine, she is beauty, fertility and wisdom united, she is power when fully claimed, honoured and embodied by the spirit of the female – a power of self-worth unwavering trust in herself, her innate wisdom that needs no external approval, held within the sanctuary and sovereignty of her body – a power that man has feared and suppressed until now.

Yet she is the energy that we all individually and collectively need to heal our wounds of both the masculine and feminine and our relationships with, she is the ocean that clears the sands and sea beds, carving her hidden form and existence in the rocks to be seen and admired, she consumes all and purifies, she does not seek vengeance, she seeks balance and harmony always.

She rests in the lagoons of safety that she has carved and forged.

She is fierce love of the Mother, she is compassion and understanding of the darkness of fear, yet she does not allow herself to be stopped and suppressed nor consumed, she breakdowns these infrastructures that do not serve ours or the greatest good – she is fierce and she is loving, she is death and rebirth, she is equality and equilibrium, she is liberation and justice.

She tears down the grips of fear exposing it for what it is, she suffers no fools, what felt strong and overpowering, where hope felt weak and useless, suddenly is seen in its weakness and for what it is, as she shines light on our own and the collective shadows

She is not to be feared for she is love, rebirth and transformation – surrender to her love, allow and trust her to heal you of what constrains you, to become YOU – the true you – your absolute pure beauty – for the very reason why you have graced this world with your presence.
